We teach core principles of sales, looking at lead generation, appointment booking, how to work through a sales cycle in a not pitch fashion, learning how to do introductory meetings, where you first meet prospects. Our intention is to grow and scale, to in excess of 5000 sales people around the world. Supporting this needs a variety of people in a variety of roles. The roles range from traing, managing to running your own business. They all have one thing in common. All have been through our training and all practice what we preach. We believe that to inspire people we have to be able to show that the world if sales is attainable to all. 

Trainer: This roles is critical as our brand is built on the quality of training we deliver. All trainers are masters of each topic and speak from their experience and mastery of the topics.

Managers: This role is based around managing and coaching a virtual sales force in multiple countries around the world. There will be full training and support around mastering this role. 

Sales: Some people prefer the stability of a salaried sales role. In this position you will have a salary and bonus model. The salary will be based on your first three months and assessed on a regular basis as you move forward. 

Business : Build your own busines, drive your own revenue, have the highest rates of commision, build a recurring life time income.

After selection, the successful candidates will embark on a 3-month intensive training program financed by 1000Steps. During training, you will be able to implement the strategies and techniques we promote creating earnings on a commission only basis.
