So, I just had a meeting with a prospect here in Singapore, and it went completely wrong. I haven’t even left for Scotland yet and I made a classic mistake. I just can’t believe it, but it happens to all of us from time to time. This absolutely avoidable mistake shut the client off, and then clever clogs here (that’s me) made another mistake trying to salvage it.
The question is, what did I do wrong, and what can we learn from it?
